Q: I noticed an error in my RK9.gg event confirmation, who do I contact to fix this?
A: If your registration contains an error, file a support ticket immediately at support.rk9.gg to request a correction. Include your full name, Player ID, email address, tournament name (including the game), and a full description of the error (including the incorrect and the correct information). You do not need to create an account to submit a ticket.
Please note RK9 Labs support hours are 8:30 am to 5:30 pm CDT (13:30-23:30 UTC) Monday through Friday. We typically respond to support tickets within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday).

Q: How many guest passes come with my competitor pass?
A: All competitors receive two guest passes with their competitor pass. For competitors under 18, one of those two guest passes is reserved for their parent/guardian. The last day to update this information is July 31, 2025 at 11:59pm PDT.

Q: How do I update the guest passes on my registration?
From your Pokémon World Championships Player Tournament dashboard, select "My Confirmation" under your Tournament Milestones.
Once in your confirmation, scroll down to the section where you can update your preferences for pronouns, sharing your information with WaitWhile, and updating your spectator information.
Click on to edit a specific field. Once you're finished editing, click
to save your changes.
This information can be edited until July 31, 2025. No changes will be allowed past this time.

All separately purchased spectator badges will be available for pickup after 2:00pm PDT on Thursday, August 14, 2025 in the Anaheim Convention Center North building.
- Competitors unable to make their division's priority badge pick up window will have the opportunity to select a later badge pick up time via the 2025 Pokémon World Championships event portal. The opportunity to select a different badge pick up time will be made available in early August, after competitor RSVP, but before the event.
- Late check-in is highly discouraged. Competitors who check in late are not guaranteed participation in the World Championships. Competitors who check in after the start of Round 1 on their first day of play may not be included in the Championships, but will still receive a badge and event merchandise.
- Badges and/or event merchandise may not be picked up by another person on a competitors's behalf.
- Competitors must provide their name, Play! Pokémon Player ID, and valid government issued photo identification that matches the name of their badge. Named spectator guests must provide a valid government issued photo identification that matches the name on their badge.
- All competitors under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present with valid government issued photo identification to pick up their badge.

Q: Will I receive anything for the event through the mail or in advance of the event?
A: You will not receive any physical items before the event takes place. You will, however, receive email confirmation that your registration for this event was successful. For information regarding badge pickup requirements, please see your 2025 Pokémon World Championships event confirmation.

Q: Is there a Lost and Found for this event?
A: Yes! Lost and Found is housed on-site at the event's Customer Service booth, located on the lower level of the Anaheim Convention Center North building (near badge pick-up). After the event concludes, unclaimed items will be turned over to the Anaheim Convention Center.
