Q: When will registration open for players and spectators?

 

A: February 22, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. GMT / 11:00 a.m. PST. Registration will occur in two waves.

  • Wave 1: February 22, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. GMT / 11:00 a.m. PST
  • Wave 2: February 23, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. GMT / 1:00 a.m. PST

 


Q: Will there be more than one registration wave?

 

A: Yes, there will be two waves:

  • Wave 1: February 22, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. GMT / 11:00 a.m. PST
  • Wave 2: February 23, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. GMT / 1:00 a.m. PST

 


Q: When does event registration close?

 

A: Registration for players will close on March 28, 2024 at 8:00 p.m. GMT / 1:00 p.m. PDT.

 


Q: I have questions about registration for the Pokémon UNITE Aeos Cup at EUIC 2024, who do I ask?

Q: If I have questions about spectator badges, who do I ask?

 

A: All spectator related questions should be directed to Pokémon Customer Support. To contact support, go to support.pokemon.com. Please note RK9 Labs cannot help with inquiries regarding spectator orders.
 


Q: Where can I purchase spectator passes?

 

A: The registration link for spectators can be found at the official 2024 Pokémon European International Championships (EUIC) website at: https://www.pokemon.com/us/play-pokemon/internationals/2024/europe/about.

 


Q: If I am participating in the main event and can no longer participate, am I able to receive a refund?

 

A: If you registered for the main event as a player, per the registration confirmation and the Tournament Details Page for the event on RK9.gg, registrations are non-refundable and non-transferrable. If you are looking for an exception, you will need to contact the event organizer. Their information can be found in your confirmation email/page.

 

You can view your confirmation in your Player Tournament Dashboard on RK9.gg. Go to the Player Dashboard, and click on the tournament name to go to the Player Tournament Dashboard. Under Tournament Milestones – Registration, click My confirmation. That will display your full confirmation.

 


Q: When are players and spectators able to pick up their event badges?

 

A: See schedule below:

  • Masters Division TCG and VG players, all Pokémon UNITE players, and all Pokémon GO players: Thursday, April 4, 2024 from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
  • Junior and Senior Division TCG and VG players: Friday, April 5, 2024 from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Junior and Senior Division TCG and VG players may also pick-up their badges/check-in during the Masters Division time on April 4, 2024 from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
  • Spectators:
    • Thursday, April 4, 2024: 1:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
    • Friday, April 5, 2024: 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
    • Saturday, April 6, 2024: 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
    • Sunday, April 7, 2024: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
       

Q: If I am a spectator and can no longer attend, am I able to receive a refund?

 

A: If you registered as a spectator for the European International Championships 2024, you will need to contact Pokémon Customer Support to submit your request. To contact support, go to support.pokemon.com. Please note RK9 Labs cannot help with inquiries regarding spectator orders.

 


Q: Where do I pick-up my badge/check-in for the event?

 

A: Badges for this event will be picked up onsite at Hall N8 (enter via Entrance N4) of ExCeL London.

 


Q: When does deck/team list submission open for competitors?

 

A: Deck/team list submission will open at 10:00 a.m. BST / 9:00 a.m. UTC on Monday, April 1, 2024. You can also view this important information from your Player Tournament Dashboard. To access the Player Tournament Dashboard on RK9.gg, go to the Player Dashboard, and click on the tournament name to go to the Player Tournament Dashboard.
 


Q: When does deck/team list submission close for competitors?

 

A: Deck/team list submission will close at 8:00 a.m. BST / 7:00 a.m. UTC on the first day of play for competitors. You can also view this important information from your Player Tournament Dashboard. To access the Player Tournament Dashboard on RK9.gg, go to the Player Dashboard, and click on the tournament name to go to the Player Tournament Dashboard.
 


Q: Can I transfer my registration to another player?

 

A: Per online registration details on RK9.gg, registration is non-refundable and non-transferable either to another person or account.

 


Q: Will I receive anything for my purchase through the mail or in advance of the event?

 

A: You will not receive any physical items before the event takes place. You will, however, receive email confirmation that your registration for this event was successful. This email will help you check in on-site for the event and receive the badge you have registered for.

 


Q: Why do I need my birth date to register?

 

A: Your birth date is required to make sure you play in the correct age division for the event you are attempting to register for. Without the ability to confirm your birth date, you cannot register online for any event.
