Your RK9.gg account provides you with the opportunity to update select information you provided during the initial registration process in case anything may have changed before the event. Below are the instructions for this process.

 

1. Sign in to the RK9.gg account you registered for your event under.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2. Select Player Dashboard from the top menu bar.

 

 

3. After your Player Dashboard loads, under “My registrations”, select the event you would like to update the information in your registration.

 

 

4. After the event page loads, under Tournament Milestones, you should see a link labeled “My confirmation”. Click on this link to go to the confirmation page.

 

 

5. After the confirmation page has loaded, scroll down until you come to the “Player registration details” section of the confirmation page. Here you will see an orange “edit” icon next to the following field(s). Please note that you will still not be able to edit your Player ID, Date of Birth, or Email Address without submitting a support ticket to RK9 Labs.

           a. Trading Card Game: Name
           b. Video Game & Pokémon GO: Name and Trainer Name
           c. Minor Players: Name and Trainer Name (depending on the game you registered for), but you will also have the opportunity to update Guardian Name, Email, and Phone Number.

 

 

6. To edit these fields, click on the orange “edit” icon next to the field you wish to update. You will then be able to edit those fields.

 

7. After you have completed the update for that field, you will need to then click on the orange “save” icon that will appear in the same spot the “edit” icon was in order to save your changes.

    

       Please note that when editing Guardian information, you will need to make sure that the updated name and email address are entered correctly, but a phone number is not required.
